Promotion Policy
Students are evaluated and promoted on the basis of their performance in the class assignments, unit tests (I, II & III) and the term exams conducted thrice a year. For promotion to the next class, it is mandatory for the students to score at least 40% marks in aggregate in the following areas:
(A) Internal Assessment:
The students are assessed on the basis of daily work such as class work, homework and project work.
(B) Terminal Assessment
It is based on the performance on Term tests held in the months of August, December and March. The final exams for class IX and XI are being conducted in the month of February. However primary level no formal tests are conducted. A Student is graded on the basis of his day to day performance.
Awards
Children are awarded certificates of Merit and Mementos on the basis of their performance in academics, sports, cultural activities and other extra curricular activities.
